When should I expect a reply?
If you are requesting a consultation or have a query regarding one of our services, we aim to get back to you within 2-3 working days. Due to the high quantity of emails received, we are unable to provide free email consultations. Questions of this nature will unfortunately therefore may not receive a reply.

How do I access the TBF Community?
The Behaviour Fairy Community is a private support group on Facebook for cleints of TBF only. When you have accessed a support service with us, you will be automatically be added to the TBF Community. If for any reason you still cannot access the group, please email us at: thebehaviourfairy@gmail.com and we will do our best to sort this for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
If you are booking a service online or downloading a package we use Paypal for these transactions. However you can also pay via BACS by contacting us directly.

How do I know what service is best for me?
We advise you to take a look in our shop section which explains each service on offer and who the service best suits. If you are still undecided after exploring the shop section, please contact us and we will help you choose or create you a bespoke package.

Can I still have a consultation if I'm outside of the UK?
Our email and phone consultations are available Worldwide! However if you would like to arrange a home visit outside of the UK this will be reviewed on a case by case basis and will incur and additional charge.
